Can I cancel my order afterwards?

Yes, you can cancel your order afterwards, even we change our minds from time to time.

I have not received an order confirmation.

You will receive your order confirmation immediately after a successful order by e-mail. Please also check your e-mail spam folder.

Can I change my delivery and billing address later?

You can change your addresses via your customer account, or send us a message to: nachricht@moriiko.de.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

Send us an email with pictures of your item and the damage to nachricht@moriiko.de. Our customer service will process your request and get back to you.

Delivery: 4-8 working days

When will my order get to me?

The delivery time via DHL in Germany is between 1-3 days. Shipping abroad can take between 3-6 days. You can find more information about shipping here: Shipping information.

I did not receive my ordered item and/or received the wrong item.
